How it Works (Step-by-Step):

Double oil tank three -lobe Roots blower is a Positive displacement blower

There are two impellers on the two parallel shafts. There are some tiny gap between impeller to body casing ,impeller to impeller.

The impellers rotate in opposite direction, a certain air will be sucked in at inlet port and transferred to blower’s outlet port. Each impeller always keeps the correct phase by the synchronous gears, not touching each other. So they can rotate at high speed without any lubrication inside. And it is simple structure, running smoothly, performance stabilization.

Suction (Inlet): As the lobes rotate, they create a vacuum, drawing air or gas in from the inlet port.

Trapping: The gas gets trapped in pockets between the lobes and the casing wall.

Transfer: The rotating lobes mechanically carry this trapped volume of gas around the casing to the discharge side.

Discharge (Outlet): At the outlet, the gas is pushed out against the system's pressure, but since there's no internal compression chamber, it's expelled at near-atmospheric pressure, creating a steady, pulsed flow.

9) Double oil tanks structure, splash lubrication is used on the gear end and the drive end which improves the better heat dissipation, and also improves the better lubrication effect of the bearing and gear.
